I like Blanche (said the French way), Blanca is pretty. Bianca is my sisters name, so I kind of like it. It just grates on me a little when people say bee-AWNK-a.

I pronounce it.bee-AN-ka. I guess it's a Brit thing :S

I must admit to not being a fan of bee-AWNK-a. bee-AN-ka is *way* better imo.
