George Emerson is the full name of the heroine's romantic interest in EM Forster's "A Room with a View". Is that deliberate? I love that novel, but it's a bit weird!
As concerns your other combos, the one I really like is Evelyn Rosetta. I would love Elizabeth Jean and Anthony Edward, but I don't care much for nns as full names, or Emerson for a girl.

I like Evelyn, George & Edward. I find Emerson horrid on a girl.
Ditto, but scratch George and Edward.
Betty Jean - I don't want to advocate a nickname as a full name, especially not an -y one, but Betty Jean! That's stunning!
Evelyn Rosetta - Very pretty.
George Emerson - Adore George. Don't like Emerson at all.
Kenneth Allen - Okay.
Donnie Lee - Donnie as a full name? No. Donald Lee maybe.
Tony Edward - Anthony Edward would be preferable. Actually, then I'd be wiping drool off my keyboard. Tony is okay though.

Emerson Joy is pretty. I prefer Emerson for a boy & Joyce over Joy, but I like the flow and it's cute.
Betty Jean - I think Elisabeth Jean nn Betty would be better.
Evelyn Rosetta - neither name is my style.
George Emerson - George is alright, I like Emerson for a boy. I think it kind of clashes though and sounds like Georgia if you say it fast.
Kenneth Allen - dislike both but I prefer this spelling of Allen. Also, too much of an 'n' sound for me.
Donnie Lee - Too nn'y.
Tony Edward - Also too nn'y. I dislike Tony a lot, and Anthony for that matter as well. Edward is nms.
