Do you think it'd be cruel to name a kid.. well... any of the following?
Ruby Tuesday no. Personally I'm not familiar neither with the song nor the restaurant
Clark Kent not "cruel" maybe but silly. The kind of name a comic-obsessed teen would pick

Robin Tunney not familiar with the reference. Tunney is ugly
Albus Severus see Clark Kent
Sirius (mn) possibly ok as a middle name
Draco Christian Draco is off-limits until the Harry Potter craze dies out. with Christian it's a bit odd
Constantine (mn) perfectly fine. Don't see what bugs you about it, is it the -ine ending that may look feminine?
River Phoenix why would you want to name a child after someone so ill-fated?
Chandler (mn) ok as a middle name
Richey James don't get the reference, but Richey won't age well at all
Ponyboy this name is not fit for a human being. Yes, I'd say it's cruel. Imagine someone going to a job interview, and introducing himself as Ponyboy Smith

Anakin (mn) bearable as a middle name, albeit nerdy
Marlon (mn) fine as middle name
Silvester (mn)ditto (ok also as fn)
Amadeus (as a mn) tritto (ok also as fn, possibly)
Cash (prolly just as a mn) ok as a middle name, though it reminds me of cash as in money
