I had a Great Uncle
Lynn. I think it's okay by itself, but I like it best as a nickname for
Llewelyn. I also like it spelled
Lyn because it's different, which makes me associate it less with how common of a female name it is. One syllable names are hard to pair with middle names. I think it really depends on the last name for flow, so I don't think I could give good suggestions. But it's great as a middle name. Out of the names you have up there, I like
Lynn Edmund the best. Not sure about
Ambrose though, and it doesn't have the same feel as
Lynn. I associate
Lynn mostly with Welsh names.
