Does anyone have a clue about the origin, the etymology of this name, it's Deion Sander's wife's name and it is kinda arabic or spanish sounding.

It's Spanish.
I went on a spanish exchange in Feb, and there was tons of Pilar's. The girl I stayed with was even called Pilar.
