I think my answer is self-explanatory, lol:-)
Generally, I dislike the 'ph' spelling for 'f' in almost all names (eg. Filip, Fineas...), it just doesn't seem intuitive to me.
I love Noa Sofia. Since you prefer the Noah spelling then definitely Noah Sofia, because two 'h' don't work for me.
ETA: My combos are: Sofia Magdalene, Sofia Josephine, Bethany Sofia and Piper Sofia.
