Raphael and Lucy have another child. This time they have a son who they name Emilio. He has sandy strawberry blond curly hair and he has his mother’s eyes and complexion. Emilio is a very happy healthy little boy and is the new Crown Prince. The people of Etherion rejoice and the city of Roseholm has a large celebration in the streets.

Victoria moved to Beaumont a while ago. Tory and Reggie have had a son. They name him Vincent. Vincent has brown hair and blue eyes. The people of Arrgonssien are very pleased with their new queen, who has born a son very easily and has done very well with her duties so far. Victoria always enjoyed Reggie’s company but she has fallen in love with his kind gentle proud nature. Reggie does everything he can for Victoria. He absolutely adores her. He actually fell in love with her the first time they met. He saw her and was stunned with her beauty and then after talking to her he loved every word that fell from her lips.

Victoria and Reggie have a very gentle warm love for each other, where they just enjoy each others company. Claudius on the other hand is not as refined and understated. Claudius showers his Perle with love and writes her sonnets. He flirts openly with her. He takes her to all the balls. Victoria and Reggie’s garb is understated, while Claudius and Perle are always dressed in very eye catching ostentatious clothing. Claudius and his bride are both living in Roseholm at the moment. Claud misses his twin dearly, and tries to visit her often. Perle has had a child, a daughter who they have named Francesca. Francesca has rich honey colored curls, a color in-between her fathers light blond and mothers dark brown hair. She is born with blue eyes, which become slightly green after a few months. Claudius calls his daughter Frannie or Cesca, and Perle calls her daughter Fran in her strong (French) accent. Claud adores his daughter and loves to play with her. Claud is helping his brother as well, as King Valentine and Queen Cordelia feel that soon they will retire and Raphael will then succeed the throne.

Justine has fallen in love with Prince William she is certain of it. She asks her parents to contact the king and queen of Ferrernas to propose their union. King Ferdinand and Queen Adriana and Prince William accept. It seems that Prince William also had a crush on her, but rather than fawn all other her like some of the young men in court he chose to be more courteous and just value their friendship. The men of the court are a bit disappointed since so many did court her. During a visit from a neighboring kingdom, Justine sings a beautiful rendition of that kingdoms national anthem. To show their gratitude they give Justine her title. The title they place upon her is the Jovial Lark of Roseholm. So from then on she is Princess Justine the Jovial Lark of Roseholm. After many more months, just before her 14th birthday Justine and William get married. Justine chooses a mostly white gown with a lot of lace. The dress has little pale pink rosettes on it, bunches of pale blue fabric hydrangeas, and white lilies and pearls. She has a circlet of gold and gold jewelry. Her fiery strawberry blond hair is up with pearl pins in it and she has a white lace veil. She has a bouquet of pink roses, white and yellow lilies, blue hydrangeas, and white and pink baby’s breath. In a few months Justine will leave for Ferrernas.

Hector just turns 9 years old. He is now old enough to start knight training. It’s the first thing he asks his father permission for. His father approves saying to Hector that he knows he will be a gracious noble knight and is honored by his decision to become a sworn protector of the kingdom. For these first years Hector will be a page boy for a knight who will take him on. Being the king’s son he receives many knights who say they will mentor him. Hector makes his decision and leaves his home for the knight training grounds which are located in Roseholm. So even though he is no longer living in the castle, he sees his parents and other family very often.

King Valentine’s parents have become very old and may soon die. The family members make certain to spend as much time as they can with Gerardo and Arianne. Valentine's siblings have been visiting more often as well. Cordelia’s mother Priscilla and father Cornelius both died earlier this past year. Cordelia had went to their bedside to see to them their last days. Cordelia’s brother Perseus and her other siblings were very happy to see their sister who has not had much time to visit.
