[Opinions] Why not?
I don't really like Ivy on a girl, but I think it's betetr on a boy. Its like Ashkey for me, better on a boy but more common on a girl. And if you can name your daughter Michael or Dylan, then you name your son Ivy.

I don't like Michael or Dylan on a girl either... so that doesn't really justify Ivy on a boy... not that I'm really fond of it as a name on a girl either... Though it's tolerable.

No, but I can't really understand why it would be so awful on a boy. It sounds pretty much like Ivy and just by listening to the sound, it could be a boys name too.

sounds too frilly to me... Then again, I think some of the tree names like Linden sound kinda girly and frilly too.
