I've only ever heard it with a short -or- sound, but then I've never heard an American say it. Pronounced the UK way, I like it a lot, but I don't enjoy the squawky Cora in any shape or form.
Coralie Opal is too jewellery-box by far. Coralie Juliet is pretty; perhaps even too pretty. Coralie Susan? Coralie Margaret?
