I pronounce it kuy-RIL with 'uy' being the sound in the French word 'rue' but that's because I'm German and I have only heard it pronounced the German way.
If I was to pronounce it in English I'd probably say SEER-il.
If I was to pronounce it in English I'd probably say SEER-il.
