I've always pronounced Elena as eh-lay-na and Lena as lay-na. I think they're prettier that way also :-)
When I first saw Hermione years ago I thought it was prnounced her-mee-own. lol, now I know better and I like it too.
I've heard Kezia/Keziah pronounced a lot of different ways. I like ke-zee-ah the best I think.
