I feel like Paulina is more "modern," and by that I mean more old-fashioned and more ready to make a comeback. I personally prefer the Russian Polina (pah-LEE-na; unstressed O sounds like A in Russian), but Paulina is nice as well. I think Pauline is still a bit too dated for me. I equate it with names like Shirley and Bernice.

Combos later... I have to run to lab.

Yay, for Paulina. :-)

And Polina is a zippy variant. It reminds me of Pola Negri making a gothic fool of herself at Rudlph Valentino's funeral. Great vamp potential.
