I'd say Harvest Moon is too corny, but Harvest is usable. I used to know of someone who had a wife named Harvest. I don't like the sound of the word enough to use it as a name myself, but I like the meaning.
I automatically think "male" when I see/hear Harvey, but it could work as a nickname for Harvest. I take it this is for a girl?

No.I like it for a boy...maybe a different middle name would work,

In that case, Harvey would work really well.
I think an unmistakably masculine or at least typically masculine middle name would be the best way to go to avoid some of the gender confusion. Harvest Jonathan, Harvest Leon, Harvest Gabriel, and Harvest Dominic come to mind.
