Singer Jewel and husband rodeo champ Ty Murray had a boy yesterday named Kase Townes. What do you think?

I don't like it. They definitely could have come up with a cooler cowboy name than that, if that's what they were going for. It doesn't sound as country but I would have preferred Jace.

I saw this announcement early in the morning and thought it was so unremarkable that I didn't bother posting it on BtN. I'm a Jewel fan so I guess I'm more disappointed than the other name nerds here. The middle name is fine but Kase is just not good... Casey would have been so much better!

I'm a Jewel fan too, which is the only reason I posted it. I was really hoping she would use family names. :-D
