1. We get a pet pygmy goat we name Jude.

2. This year we became parents for the first time. We are so excited and grateful for our beautiful baby boy. He has straight black hair and brown eyes. We name him Thomas River “River”. Thomas is after James’ father.

3. We buy an aquarium tank with a few fish in it. River loves watching them swim around.

4. This year we travel to Kazakhstan to adopt a sweet little 2 year old girl. Her name is Aiday. We give her an English first name but keep Aiday as her middle name so now her name is Josephine Aiday “Jo”.

5. This year I gave birth to a beautiful wavy red haired brown eyed baby girl named Margaret Willow.

6. Some of my hours at the hospital were cut. I’m glad that I get to spend more time with my kids but I’m also upset that we have to cut back.

7. We won a contest to attend a movie premier. It was amazing.

8. We got a pet white mouse. The kids name it Harold.

9. This year we were extremely blessed . We welcomed triplets – two boys and one girl. The oldest boy has curly blond hair and blue eyes. He is named William Dean. We call him Liam. The middle triplet is also a boy but he has red curly hair and brown eyes. His name is Zachary Harrison “Zach”. The little girl is a brown eyed baby girl with curly brown hair called Genevieve Jane “Jenny”.

10. We get the children a newt named Blythe.

11. This year for our anniversary we take a trip to France while the children stay with my parents.

12. My father got the kids a small snake as a pet. They are calling it Rufus.

13. James won an award for his chicken parmesan.

14. The kids find a stray cat and we couldn’t find the owners so we kept him. He is gray and white and they named him August.

15. For our 15 anniversary we take a trip to Egypt and see the pyramids.

16. Our children are getting older and we wanted another little one but it wasn’t happening for us so we decided to adopt again. We adopted a two year old from Vietnam. Her name is Yen. Like we did with Jo we give her an English first name and keep Yen as her middle name. Her name is now Alexandria Yen “Alex”.

17. This year it did happen for us so now we have two really little ones around. Our baby girl has wavy red hair and brown eyes. She is named Naomi Rose.

18. There was a horrible fire in town that took out quite a few businesses. James, I, and the kids that were old enough volunteered to help with the clean-up.

19. The restaurant that James works at has closed so he has lost his job.

20. We decide to finish our family with one more child. Our curly red haired blue eyed baby girl named Zoey Grace has completed our family. We are blessed.
