I like it a lot, I prefer the C spelling. I sit next to one in my English class. He was really loud. He said: "I'M CONRAD." That was actually my first time hearing it used, even though it's my dad's middle name, and it... was kind of weird! My image of Conrad doesn't really jive with the Loud Southern Corporate Strategy Minor image, but it worked. I guess.
I'm not feeling "Cord" from it, even though the letters are there. The O's and R's are really different from each other, at least in my accent (pretty neutral american). I think Con is pretty awesome, even though it's a negative word by itself... heck, if Robert gets Rob okay, I think Conrad should be able to work Con.
I think it goes well with Killian. The combo is fine, goes well with the Killian combo too, a good eclectic mix that bounces together in a weird way, even though I have a hard time seeing Trey as a given name and not a nickname for a III.
