It's been eight years since the birth of Prince Elias. Queen Alina Serene and King Jasper have welcomed two more children. Prince Linus, who was named after Alina Serene's father the late Prince Linus, was born five years ago. The youngest child Prince Leander was born two months ago. All the children are healthy and the royal advisors are pleased to have two new potential heirs. Princess Adeline Therese, who has become an independent and strong woman, is not so pleased however. She has started questioning her cousin and stepmother's right to rule the country. She thinks that one of her full siblings should become the next ruler instead of one of her half siblings.
During the ten years Queen Alina Serene and King Jasper have been married they have learned to love each other very deeply. Alina Serene has become a strong ruler and the kingdom seems to be in good hands. Bryony has been very peaceful place lately and there has been no conflicts with the neighboring countries, but Jasper is a little worried as he has a feeling that the peace won't last forever.
