I hope it's a better reference from Sweeney Todd than it is from HP! I like Tobias. I'm not crazy about the possiblity of Toby or the "by" sound in the middle, so it never climbs very high up my list, but I still think it's a great name.

I like Tobias, cuz I like Harry Potter, and its a somewhat obscure reference as opposed to Severus or Lucius, even though the character is horrid. And have u ever seen Sweeney Todd (2007)?

No, I haven't seen it. It's the one with the barber and people baked into meat pies, right? If there's even a whiff of cannibalism about something, I pretty much can't bear to watch it. It's one thing I'm really squeamish about. So is Tobias a good guy in Sweeney Todd or a bad guy?

Tobias is... complicated. He's an assistant to MR.Todd, Unaware of his business. But, Mr. Todd ends up killing Mrs. Lovett (Helena Bonham Carter) who has acted like a surrogate mother to Tobias. So, Tobias kills Mr. Todd. I guess he's a good character, but that's all based on perspective.
