Alex & Xela - Alex for a girl is way too boyish for me (although I have to admit that I like Alix) but that's nothing compared to Xela, which is ridiculous. It also reminds me of Xena, the character from a crappy TV show
Phineas & Sirius - Phineas is a lovely name, and Sirius would be very nice, but everyone would think of the character from HP.
Narcissa & Lili-Rose - Narcissa is pretty, I like it. Lily Rose would be fine like this. Lili is used in Hungary, but in English-speaking countries it may seem trashy.
Lafferty & Macaulay - Lafferty is a mispronounced Rafferty to me, and Macaulay is Macaulay Culkin.
