Out of your suggestions I like Manby and Lexington for a maiden name. I also like Graham, Gray, and Manedville.
As for her MN, how about we go with Elizabeth? It's one of my favorites too. What should her FN be? Here are some of my favorite names.

I tend toward old fashioned and kind of eclectic names as well. Some of my favorite names are:

How about maiden name Graham? As for your names, I really like Carolina, Dahlia, Helena, Juniper, and Miriam.
I like Lillian Elizabeth nn Lily, Viviana Elizabeth nn Viva, and Miriam Elizabeth the best I think. Lillian Elizabeth may be my favorite by just a smidge, but really they're all so close I wouldn't mind any of them.
