How about Cecily, Carolina, or Rosalie. Cecily would be Ceci, Carolina would be Lina, and Rosalie could be Lia. Middle names Adelaide, Avelina, Evangeline, Rebecca, Clementine, Isidora? Anything?

I absolutely love the name Evangeline. Would you be willing to use it as a FN? She could be Evangeline Rebecca, with Evie, Angie, or Lina as a nn. If you don't like Evangeline as a FN, Cecily "Ceci" Evangeline is my favorite.
