I prefer the spelling Riva for sure. Honestly, I read a fantasy series with a male character with this name and I got really attached to it used that way.
I prefer Rivka as far as less common Rebecca shortenings go, but Reva is nice and gives a less overpowering vibe than I get from Reba.
