I do understand the appeal. The idea is similar to
Jack, and its woodsy and pleasant. Huckleberry is just too much, and I don't think Huck needs a full name if you'd like to use it.
I really like the idea of
Henry "Huck" and think it goes well with
Myrtle and
Vance, but here are some other ideas (stretches?) for first names:
