Quite a lot of people I know recently had babies, or are expecting.

And one of my best friend is having a son with her girlfriend in 10 days. Looks like they are naming him Lo, with Loie as a nickname (pronounced as Louie)

I think all the names are fine except for Lo. It's so short and sounds more like a girls' name. Couldn't they have chosen Loie or Louie as a full name instead?

Well we'll see if he ends up being a Lo or not, they've been changing their minds a lot. I like Lo though. :)
