As mns I think the similarity wouldn't matter a bit; would it be an attempt to honour two different people? Or an attempt to link the sisters with very similar names? If you tweaked Helena to Helen, it might help.

It would be to honor two different people. One who is still living and has the mn Helene, and the other who is deceased and had the mn Eleanora.
