Extremely Southern is my first and strongest impression. It also seems a little on the silly side. I think it's hard to take seriously. A few women could pull it off, but I think it would be a handicap to most.
I do like Tallie as a nickname for it. I could see a professional Tallulah wanting to put Tallie on her business cards.
