There was some real movin' and shakin' this month! (Including a reworking mid-January.)
Elizabeth Iris

Sabrina Lillian
Sapphira Daphne
Thaïs Antonia
Ursula Scarlett
&
Cameron Michael
Donovan Leo
Finn Elliott
Jonathan Bennett
Malcolm Caleb

I'm still not sold on Seth's middle name, open to suggestions.
Honorable mentions to Verveine, Minerva, Freya, Devon, Harrison, and Nicholas, who left the list in mid-January.

Elizabeth Iris – Very classical and timeless. Iris isn’t my favorite flower name, but I understand the appeal.
Jane Eleanor – I love Eleanor. Eleanor Jane flows a bit better IMO.
Josephine Eloise – Given the length of Josephine, a two-syllable middle name might work better than three-syllables. What do you think of Josephine Louise?
Katherine Elektra – Great pairing. The tradition of Katherine with the spice of Elektra is complimentary for both.
Louise Violet – nice. It has the same feel as your first set.
Miranda Nadine – Miranda is a pleasant Shakespearean throwback. Nadine has a modern yet uncommon feel like an entertainment manager (I can’t quite describe it). As a middle name for Miranda, something more nymph like or earthy might be better.
Sabrina Lillian –lovely
Sapphira Daphne – It flows well, but I have mixed feelings about the double “ph.”
Thaïs Antonia –Unexpected yet excellent pairing.
Ursula Scarlett – Jarring. Ursula has a hag witch association for me like Brunhilda and Agatha. Scarlett is sultry and full of vitality like Scarlett O’Hara. Somehow when they are mixed it creates a bloodbath feel, but it could just be me.
Cameron Michael – Cameron is modern with a Scottish nod, and Michael is ageless. They work well.
Donovan Leo – handsome pairing
Finn Elliott - Hmmm…. I like the sound of it, but it almost needs a second middle name or for Elliott to be the last name. When a last name is added to the end like Finn Elliot Schwarzenegger or Finn Elliot Jones, it falls flat or feels like three last names.
Jonathan Bennett – okay. In “Pride & Predjudice,” I can imagine Elizabeth naming one of her sons Jonathan Bennett Darcy.
Malcolm Caleb – Solid, reliable
Milo Dominic – As you pointed out, this duo made my honorable mentions list! I didn’t really consider combining them, but you are right, they work well together.
Richard Isaac – classic, distinguished, like a celebrated author.
Seth Andreas – Dislike. Seth is an old man living in an isolated area who is still convinced that young women find him as attractive as they did 40 years ago. Andreas is a Greek guy who still uses hair oil.
Silas Antonio – An odd match up at first. Both names are nice. I wouldn’t typically put them together, but I suppose they both have an early Christian feel.
Wesley Owen Rhys – Nice flow, and it sounds agreeable like someone that everyone would consider a nice fellow.

HAHAHAHA! Okay, I know I'm seeing this late so I don't know how many people will read it, but that is a difficult image to shake, lol! I still like Seth, but I think you've officially turned me off of Andreas (though I wasn't 100% sold on the combo anyway).
Regarding Josephine, I was having difficulty deciding between Eloise and Elise. You're right about the double three-syllable names, I think Elise would be better after all. (I also had Josephine Pearl on the back-burner.)
Ursula is so difficult to pair, so I wasn't 100% sold on Scarlett, either. It is a very "red" combo, though.

Seth Harrison was a combo I'd considered, but I ultimately rejected it for that reason.
