Is it pronounced Aw-ven or Ay-ven, or Ah-ven?
If Aw-ven, Or Ah-ven, it’s alright, but don’t care for it much.
If pronounced Ay-ven, I know a little boy with the name and don’t like it at all.

I would pronounce it as Ay-ven. But thats just me.

I’m probably just biased against it already then, because I know a little boy with the name, so it’s all boy to me.

That's how I say it. Mostly because of my niece and also because 'ay-ven' just sounds more "name like" IMO. /:
