Typically speaking, B is one of my lesser favorite initials, at least in terms of first names. There is only a small handful I'd consider in that spot. I definitely am more open to Bs for the middle though. But for firsts on girls mainly I'd only consider Beatrix or Brigitta. So today I think I'll say:
Brigitta Julienne Rose
Or also possibly:
