Go with your gut, it seems you prefer Marigold over Stella. Your family doesn't have to love it, it's your baby not theirs! As long as you two like it that's what matters. And it's still a somewhat known flower name too it's not like your naming her Chrysanthemum, Delphinium, Zephyrlily, Hyacinth or Floxglove lol!
*I'd probably still consider 4 or those 5 tbh though if it was me but I'm eccentric lmfao
