Hmm, I'm familiar with Neima as a spelling of the male Persian name Nima, pronounced NEE-ma, so I would be surprised by the neh-ee-ma pronunciation.
I'm not wild about Meira, but I do have a soft spot for Meir (and more Americanized versions like Meyer).
