"noah" is a mainly masculine name. similarly with "noa," while the spelling may be slightly different it still sounds and looks almost the same and will still be associated with a more masculine feel even if it isn't the same as "noah."
alternatively you could use names such as "nora," "nori," "naomi," or the such (these are just suggestions from the top of my head).
