I don’t see Jocelyn as harsh or abrupt. It has quite a soft sound, has the trendy -lyn suffix and begins similar to Josephine. It has no hard consonants.
I don’t get:
Wyatt - why at?
Waylon - not sure what annoys me, maybe way long
Brooks - it looks like a plural of Brook
Axel - sounds violent or like a car part
Luna - lunatic, and it just stands out as too wordy
Genesis - way too Biblical and wordy

I like Wyatt, but I see your point. Luna is a name I like in a guilty way. Otherwise, perfect list of names
Huh, Luna being wordy is interesting. It seems so short and simple.
