My family was born, I suppose these are interesting for someone who is not from these countries, but they are rather common still
Polish side: Tekla, Leokadia
Polish/Ukrainian Jewish side: Anuta, Hersh, Fruma, Esfira, Masha, Ber (went by Berko)
Both sides though have a lot of Annas and Josephs, nothing really interesting
