It needs two syllables. So, between Marie, Colette and Jolie I'd choose Colette. Where I live, there is no tradition of using Marie as a version of Mary; it does get used, but as a nn for Maria, and is pronounced MAH ri. I far prefer Julie to Jolie, though pronunciation issues aren't often important for mns.
