[Opinions] Ernest and Sidney
One of my fellow brownie leaders had a baby boy around a month ago and they have finally picked a name Sidney. Sidney is little brother to Ernest (2). WDYT?Don’t take criticism from someone you wouldn’t take advice from

I appreciate the classic nature of the names, but neither of those are particular favorites of mine.

Ernest is very cute and I don’t love Sidney, but they pair well together.

Both names go well in a sibset - they are quite proportionate. They have a retro vibe.

Sidney is good, I just find Ernest old. Not like Helen or Margaret, which are still very much usable. It just sounds old. Still better than Braxxtyne or something like that

Ernest and Sidney are well matched in style. I quite like Sidney but Ernest makes me think of Bert's friend Ernie on Sesame Street.
