If you want some uniquely Canadian names, I've only seen the Francophone names of Réal, Réjean, and Desneiges (f) used here in Canada. Since in this world Canada and
France are working together on nukes, Francophone names would make sense.
Some French surnames from my area include Desjarlais, Chapdelaine, Levesque, Riel, and
Roy. So you could use those.
You could also include some
Inuk names, like Elisapie or
Tiriaq.
Of course any sort of name could be considered Canadian, because we have people from all sorts of backgrounds here.
