Emma is still there because of it's usage in hispanic communities.
Charlotte is going to have difficulty getting any higher, because it is not really used in Spanish.
Hispanic/latino etc. is the largest people group in the US. Because of this, they are the people whose data is contributing most to these lists.

Yes I definitely notice that the names are becoming distinctly more multicultural with each year. Maybe Camila will eventually become the #1 name for girls.
