I don't care for it. It seems very slightly trendy and doesn't have much of a meaning.
Actually, I know a *girl* named Brogan (ugh). It's one of those super-masculine-sounding surnames (like Morgan and Peyton) that I'll never understand people giving to girls. Though I still don't care for it, it's certainly better on a boy.
