[Opinions] Lilac Mireille? (m)
in reply to a message by MariaNikolaievnaRomanova
Thanks everyone for responding! I tend to think that Lilac demands so much attention that the middle name needs to be kept simple and short, thereby agreeing with all your responses. :)
Sabrina, I love the suggestion of Lilac Morning. And though I've never been a fan of such names, constantly perusing Array's list has opened the way for several of those names to grow on me, including Morning and Evening. :) I like Lilac Joy, too.
One last question: even though we're all in agreement that the middle name needs to be one that's relatively short, classic and simple, what do you think of Lilac Mireille?
Thanks so much!

Thank you! :)
When I first saw the name, I was like, 'How in the heck do you pronounce this?? Mir-elle, mir-eye-ll...?'
Once I found out the correct pronunciation, I fell in love with it and I can't stop saying it, LOL. Pronunciation is something I'd potentially have to address if I ever use it because I doubt that anyone in my locale will pronounce it correctly (unless they're French or have a French background).

Out of curiosity, what is the correct pronunciation?
They way I'm saying it is Lilac Mir-ee-elle, and it sounds lovely to me!
