I would pronounce this the same as Alexey / Alexei / Aleksey / Aleksei. Which is to say, uh-LECK-see or uh-LECK-say. I like the name, but vastly prefer the any of the spellings I mentioned in the last sentence, if the name belonged to a person whose native language did not spell the name with a J.
