And what middle name do you have for it?

Jonah is a great name, I love it. Here are a few combo suggestions:

Genesis Marie "Gen" - I like Genesis, but Marie seems so "filler" to me.

DS/DD: Charles Robert "Charlie" - Nice, although I'd prefer just Charlie, not Charles nn Charlie / Janey Leah - I don't like it. Janey sounds silly to me, Jane would be much nicer. Leah is nms.

Jonah is one of my favorites also!
The only boys name I like that starts with T is Tobias... but I don't know how Jonah Tobias sounds :S I don't think I like it, but maybe you do?
I don't like the fact that you want to give him an initial name, but that is just my personal opinion. Normally boys who go by initials either have "embarrassing" names (Herman or something like that) or they have really plain names (John, Andrew, you know) so the reason they have the initials was to set them apart from the three other Johns or Andrews in their class. I think Jonah is such a rare and nice name that it would be a shame that he would never get called that.:( Just me though.
I think Luke, Jonah, and Charlie all go together as a sibset. My favorite combo is Charles Robert. (Charles has been growing on me recently.) I don't think I like Allen as a mn for Luke though. Just because Allen is the "Marie" of boys' mns.
I don't like Janey however. I think Jane would go with the sibset, but I am not really fond of that either. Maybe Jaina? (JAY-nuh) I think that might go with your boys' names. I like Leah as a mn, but just not with Janey.

I am really anti-fitting-the-name-to-a-preselected-NN, so I'm not entirely thrilled about the T requirement, but whatever.
Jonah is nice for someone else, but nms. Honestly, since you know what letter you want, I'd just recommend searching the T section. My pick would be Jonah Thaddeus.

I dislike Genesis entirely, and the NN Gen is so overdone for my generation (spelled Jen, but really, same prn so what does it matter), and Marie is the quintessential filler MN. Luke is nice and Charles Robert is solid. I'd prefer Jane by itself since Janey is juvenile, so I don't think it will age well. Jane Leah doesn't have the best flow, though.
