1) Do you like it?
There's nothing wrong with Eva, I just prefer Eve so much more. Its less popular too which is a plus and goes with almost any mn or fn. You said you liked Sophia, Eva Sophia is too rhymey whereas Eve Sophia flows better.
2) Is it better than Ava?
I definitely prefer Eva.
3) Does it go well with Sophia (any spelling)?
Like I said I think its a little rhymey and think Eve Sophia would be better but that's just my opinion.

I like both spellings but with Eva, I think Sophia looks better.
