Can't really speak for Finnish names.
I would assume the second sibset is intended to have been born in the 1990s, 2000s or 2010s? Viola works if she was born in the 2010s but isn't as likely if she's older. Kasper/Casper is more common in Sweden, but I do know of a baby Caspar so I'd say it's fine.
