It must be a Vietnamese name. Run a search for xuan-trong and I think the number of Vietnamese names that comes up will surprise you... Perhaps Xun-Trong also exists. Anyway there can be little doubt that the 'hs' near the start of your name is an alternative transcription to 'x' of a Chinese sound. The Author Lu Xun for example is also known as Lu Hsun.
