Bitz is a German name whose origin you'll find at http://www.ancestry.com/facts/bitz-name-meaning.ashx. Lashoff appears to be Russian. I can't reproduce the Cyrillic characters here but if you Google Lashov and choose Russian as the language, you'll see it.
