Tisarovski must be related to the Polish name Tesarowski which is derived from Czech tesař 'carpenter'. Leskovar is Serbo-Croatian and would seem to have something to do with very common placenames like Leskova, Leskovo, Leskovac, etc. in that part of the world but that's just a guess.
