I don't know the names, but they are definitely not Swedish.
Vermoilen looks like an English spelling of Vermeulen/Vermöhlen which come from Dutch "Van der Molen" which means "from the mill".
I have no idea about Rackovan. Sounds Slavic to me... (?)

Rackovan is actually Austrian. It was orginally pronounced Rackowan (short a's), as they pronounced v's a w's.
