If that's real it sounds a bit like the puritan names you used to get in the 16th-17th centuries. You could get some seriously weird examples but usually they expressed more obviously chrisitian sentiments and I can't think what jealous-of-him is supposed to signify, so probably not. But that's what came into my head the minute I saw it.
