Simonis, I think is almost certainly from the name Simon.Scillebeeckx may be related to the Flemish surname 'Beeck, Beckx' denoting someone who lived near a stream and the Dutch word 'scilla' meaning "an Old World plant of the genus Scilla having narrow basal leaves and pink or blue or white racemose flowers". So it may have described someone who lived near a stream where this plant grew.I have no idea about Alfrink, sorry. :(
